I havenāt seen numbers where FTE enrollment is greater than 30kā¦but getting close.
UPDATE: The most recent data on northcarolina.edu has FTE 27730 w/ total headcount at 30298

So, was it 30 seconds or >2 minutes?! 
Did we figure out if Charlotteās current enrollmment makes us eligible? Has Mike Hill discussed this?
As I explained above, the 30k distinction is for a āhigh enrollmentā institution, which are the ones obligated to play āconstituentā institutions. We were probably intended to be a constituent institution, but we technically qualify as high enrollment under the bill, meaning we would be obligated to play App and ECU.
As Apex pointed out a few weeks ago, the Bill states āfull-time equivalent.ā At that time (a few weeks ago), I could only find UNC Chapel Hillās FTE. That number was 29,000 plus change. I cannot access that PDF any longer as it blocked ( chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://oira.unc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/297/2024/01/IPEDS_12-month_Enrollment_2023-24.pdf ). However, I remember it was definitely below 30,000. I also tried to find Charlotteās to no avail. I would assume the FTE for Charlotte is below 30K.

Man we never ever get a fair shake playing these teams. Iāve gone from wanting to play them to preferring not to. I mean I want to beat them but it just seems near impossible given not just the advantages they have in money and players but also refs.

Oh look, a unc-ch grad telling us what to do again. Shocker. All though, his wiki page doesnāt actually say unc-ch, it only says UNC. Hopefully heās not a Charlotte grad pretending to be a CH grad.
Edit: one section in Wiki does say CH, while another section doesnāt.
We should start a campaign to edit all Wikipedia articles that mention UNC to say UNC -Chapel Hill in the interest of accuracy and to avoid confusion among the public between them and UNC Charlotte.

Just half joking earlier about Bubba Cunningham calling Tim Moore. No doubt the two talked about the bill and that the former voiced his adamant opposition to the possibility of being forced to play us, ECU, and App and the reputational hit the Heels would take whenever they were on the losing end of things.
