Need some help with some pictures

I need a little help guys. I am working on a project for my rec. room at home that includes 9er greats. I need some pictures of 9ers past and dont know where to look.

I have googled them, but the only pics I have found are of recent players (i.e. Jobey, Diego, Demon, Eddie) and Cornbread. I need pics of Jarvis Lang, Henry Williams, and any others from past teams.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, or maybe even post them here, or email me I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks in advance.

Justin

The superfan site has some pics of old timers. Not great qualtiy, though.

That’s a great site that fell on serious hard times. :frowning:

Thanks for the help I have come across that site in my search, but there are no colored pics of Henry in his 49er gear, and the Jarvis Lang link is dead. Any other help?

I have some old Henry basketball cards with him in his Niners uniform that I can dig out & make scans of. Got him to sign a couple of them last year. Also have the Galen & Rodney signed collegiate cards that I could scan. Not sure how they would look enlarged.

Not sure how far back you are looking to go, but a buddy of mine has our Final Four program with some nice pics of that team in it. I need to borrow it from him & scan them because Judy Rose wants it for their archives. You would think somebody back then might have remembered to pick up a program <_<

Thanks wasted. Any help would be greatly appreciated as long as I am not inconveniencing you. I am just looking for Jarvis and Henry, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Couple of years ago, some of the foundation members got some great reprints from the Charlotte Observer. I don’t know how long the CO keeps prints but it’s place to start.

Yep..."DunkMaster" had a great setup there...was the best Niner site around in it's prime.

The Dunkster had a great setup, all from England. It was so cool to think that I could email photos to him at 11:30 pm and they were posted on his website when I woke up the next morning.

What happened to him? Does he browse this messageboard?

bumping for an assist

it took me almost a year to find this thread…anyone still need pics of Jarvis?

what happened to the site?

time…life and family pressures…etc…it got to the point I did not enjoy the huge effort it took to keep it up…so I just stopped cold turkey…I did it all in raw html and it got to the point it effected my whole life.

I miss it some times and think someday I may start it up again though in a diffrent format (only looking at former niners in europe sort of thing) or something…who knows.

I still live in England (10th year) and still have season tickets. That…is hard core my friends!

Go Niners
