Pretty fair assessment although I think he got some things wrong. In regards to our inability to score from the perimeter. I think that is one of our strong points. Deuce and Derrio both can shoot the ball from deep giving us the capability to stretch the defense from the wing and the point. ;D
Stopped reading at this point: “The NCAA Basketball Conferences Preview continue with a trip to the premier Mid-Major conference in the country - the Atlantic 10.”
Anyway, just a reminder - there is an A-10 Forum for these threads. Thanks!!!

How can you mention veteran starters returning and not mention Wilderness?
With regards to sokool’s comments I think Derrio needs to be more consistent from behind the arc and in the eyes of the writer Briscoe is unproven in A-10 play even though he showed well against good competition his freshman year. I personally think Barnett and Sirin will be big keys to our success from the perimeter and they weren’t even mentioned in this write up.
No word on Luka to this point. Remember, the AD has never stated he could have any eligibility issues.[/quote]
splendid! so i’m going to assume that we’ll get at least 5 pts, 2 assts, and 1.5 rbs per 10 minutes from him! and that changes the calculus.
i can see this moving us into the top of the A-10 and well into the sweet 16! 8) :-X
