So, with Frank Gore going down for the year, I was thinking maybe a new procedure for add/drop should be considered. Maybe other leagues already do this but I haven’t seen it if they do. What do you think of the team that has the hurt player gets the first opportunity to pick up the back up? It will mostly affect RBs and maybe TEs and QBs to a lesser extent.
I got the idea from the fact that the team in first place in my league had Frank Gore. He goes down. Then the team in last place all of a sudden gets Westbrook because of waiver priority. We had the same thing happen last year. Somebody picked up Ricky Williams like the week before the playoffs, when Brown went down. They then went on to win the FF playoffs.
