We wind up playing tight, we lose and then have to hear S#$% about how we can't play with the acc etc, so I say the hell with em, and don't play them at all, unless we meet in a tourney some year.
Yea, but it is those kind of games that will help us play better in the tourney(in future years), or in meaningful games. The team needs to learn to thrive on these type of games and find a way to win. To do that, Charlotte needs to consistently get a shot at these type of games against different opponents. Granted, it does not HAVE to be against the ACC, but again, for me, I would like it to be because it means more. If we beat State, I would appreciate it more than beating Ohio State.
That being said, this year, not being able to beat the last place team in the ACC validates the point that we are not very good, and neither is the A-10 in certain respects. That doesnāt mean, however, that I would not want another shot next year with Wake, Stateā¦but if we donāt get it, as always, oh well.
