Richardson leaving the field for a play because he was ātiredā made me think of Charles Heyward, who was accused of dogging it and being lazy before being diagnosed with leukemia. Hopefully not whatās going on with the Colts QB but would think a complete physical is warranted just to make sure.
Reminds me of Kerry Collinās bailout of the Panthers saying he just couldnāt do it anymore. Was a sad time. Then he took the giants to the superbowl.
Had forgotten about Collinsā alcohol issues that had a lot to do with his being placed on waivers by the Panthers and that followed him to New Orleans, where he was arrested for DWI.
Hopefully Richardson can get things together, either in Indy or elsewhere. Doesnāt sound like he wants out and probably realizes he shouldnāt have been so forthcoming about why he left the field for one play after being sacked.

Met Payton at the Crosby Golf Tournament I worked at for 2 years in WS. Super nice guy and shorter than I expected but I remember his quads were just ridiculous and his knees barely bend when he walked and I watched his games and the same was true when he ran. Guess that helped him stay injury free for so long.
