Whereās he gonna go? Overseas? NBDL?? Heāll go college a year (at least). And right now weāve got a better chance than anybody. You gotta think positiveā¦

Iām not skeptical of Beasleyā¦Iām skeptical that his connection (Dalonte) wonāt be hereā¦which means Beasley wonāt be here.
Two very probable situations may arise.
1- Lutz leavesā¦takes Dalonte with him. Beasley follows. Lutz has been looking for a change and more money. If we have a breakout year this yearā¦heās as good as gone. Which means Dalonteās goneā¦which means Beasleyās gone. I think itās a no-brainer that if Lutz leavesā¦he makes sure to take his Beasley connection (Dalonte) with him.
2- Dalonte gets a better offer somewhere else. I bet we pay Dalonte $30K per year. You know that some school would double his salary for his connection to the DC AAU playersā¦especially Beasley.
I have no doubt in Beasley wanting to play here for Dalonte. I just donāt think Dalonte will be here in '07ā¦which meansā¦No Beasley in '07.
Not pessimisticā¦just realistic.

Of course, we could always just hire Delonte as head coach if Bobby leaves.

Was thinking the same thing. Heās probably not ready, but it might be worth it with the players he can bring in.
Iāve got a VERY strong feeling we pay Delonte more than 30k a year. My God, thats min wage for someone who puts in the hours these guys do!

Beasley did say he liked the school besides Delonte and that if Dalonte wasnāt here he would still consider it. So its not a sure thing that āNo dalonteā means āNo beasleyā although it is probably more than likely.
Grandmaās kitchen is niner friendly. Sometimes we even watch games at dinner.
