We have 2 huge games for school on Sunday.

At 2 pm the Charlotte 49ers Men’s Soccer team will host the unc-chapel hill tar heels in an NCAA Tournament game, at 9 pm the Charlotte 49ers Men’s Basketball team will play the Miami Hurricanes in the championship game of the Charleston Classic.

It sure would be nice to go to both, wouldn’t it?

We need you, members of Niner Nation, to step up. Everyone when the post this, if you’re willing to pay for a seat on a charter bus and game ticket to Charleston, PLEASE e-mail, tweet, FB, snapchat somebody, anybody in the AD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the AD does the legwork and organizes something the fan support will be overwhelming. But for them to take that leap of faith we need to show support.

The game in Charleston will not be over until after 11 o’clock. For those of us who have jobs in the morning, getting back to Charlotte at 3am after a long drive is an instant dealbreaker. But the appeal of a cozy ride back, being a part of a home atmosphere on a neutral court, and bringing home memories of glory are too much to pass up. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS.

Just got an email about a free bus ride from the athletic foundation for first 50 to RSVP. Game tickets are $22 each. I have an early morning flight Monday so I am out, but it would be a good opportunity for some.

Great work ItsBraille for getting this going and big thanks to I assume Mike Hummer for turning this into reality so quick and having the Foundation cover the costs. I’m sure the goodwill will more than payoff.
