This morning it hit me. Phil said âI donât understand why Torin Donât and Keyshawn Woods wouldnât want to play for Mark Priceâ
ITS BECAUSE YOU AND JUDY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK YOU ARE DOING YOU ARROGANT PIECE OF UNIVERSITY CHANCELLORING GARBAGE
and now all those former players are joining the tweeter machine to preach their story :)
Former basketball players? What are they saying?
Not sure about all of themâŚbut Willie Clayton tweeted that all of the guys that transferred during his time here transferred because of Judy. He didnât elaborate any further with detailsâŚbut that was pretty powerful. Players didnât leave over coaching or playing time but because of the ADâŚper Willie.

If thatâs true, that would be a huge excuse for Major, he kept losing players that would hd significantly contributed.
In addition, that means no matter who we get in, building a powerful program is going to be almost impossible if she has that sorts influence on the team.
3 of the 4 other programs did better than us in every year in except Year 1 when 4 of 4 did better.
Year 4 Judy has stated we âover performedâ. 3 of the 4 programs did far better than we did in their 4th year, the other had a new coach.
Interesting that all 5 programs regressed in Year 5. One fired their coach over it. Charlotte had the sharpest regression.

Now what did these other schools do in year 6? what should we expect for next year based on these trends?
Yeah, not sure if that chart is going to be used directly, but reversing that axis and making the Charlotte line green might help interpret. Otherwise, the uninformed 5 second look will say weâre doing great. And the whole problem here is everyone this is going to is woefully uninformed it seems.
I can hear Judy now. âWe did better than GA State in their startup years. I recommend our fans forget football and check our womenâs basketball programâ.
What I find crazy is how many people talked about how careful we were to analyze the other programs that had started football to make sure we learned from their mistakes and we learned what works to ensure that we do it right. All that time and researchâŚand THIS is the best we could do??
PlusâŚhow many times we heard early on wowâŚCharlotte is doing it the right way (in regards to building a program).
Is it just meâŚI donât think we could be any worse if we did ZERO research and intentionally planned to do things the âwrongâ way.

If this is the right way to build a programâŚmy GodâŚI donât ever want to experience the wrong way.
Charlotte teams didnât make the postseason in any sport in 2017. There are 357 D1 schools in the NCAA. Only 69 did not make a post season. Of those, Charlotte has the 2nd highest budget at $32.9 million. The average of other 68 teams was $15.7 million.
