Mike, great job by Jim and Kevin! They do allude to the fact that then-UNCC ( :smile: ) and Davidson sometimes played 2 games a year when the Niners and Cats co-hosted the First Union tourney at the original Coliseum (now Cricket Arena) back in the late 70s-early 80s.

Sad but true! I’ve been to a couple of sellouts at Belk, but neither was against us. One was CofC and the other App State (the latter last season).

As of noon, John George, assistant athletics director for ticket operations, said the entire 4,500 student ticket allotment will be distributed for the game and there are about 800 other tickets remaining to be sold.

If all the student tickets have been distributed, John George said they were do their best to find additional student tickets from the general population allotment. He said they have never turned away a student.

Really?? I know it’s probably the first at Halton, but it’s hard to believe Belk didn’t sell out.
