Shinn does have a knack. He took a great situation in Charlotte and ruined it. He already has alienated New Orleans, kicking a city while it is down. And now, Oklahoma City, which gave him love, sellouts and lots of money last year when the team relocated there after Hurricane Katrina, may be next on his hit list.
