Frank Selvy set the record back on February 13, 1954 as Furman defeated Newberry College 149-95.
Selvy’s 100th point came on a 40 foot shot as the buzzer sounded to end the game.

Keith Veney of Marshall nailed 15 of 25 three pointers back on December 14, 1996 against Morehead State to set the NCAA Division I modern day record for most three pointers in a game.
Most Free Throws Made in a Game: 30
“Pistol” Pete Maravich of LSU hit an amazing 30 of 31 free throws against Oregon State back on December 22, 1969.
Most Rebounds in a Game: 51
Bill Chambers of William & Mary grabbed 51 rebounds against Virginia on February 14, 1953.
Most Assists in a Game: 22
This individual records is shared by three different players: Tony Fairley - Charleston Southern, Avery Johnson - Southern and Sherman Douglas of Syracuse.
Fairley set the record vs. Armstrong Atlantic back on February 9, 1987, while Johnson tied the record on January 25, 1988 and Douglas managed to tie the record on January 28, 1989.

Four players have managed to block an amazing 14 shots in a game: David Robinson of Navy was the first to accomplish this feat back on January 4, 1986 vs. UNC-Wilmington.
Shawn Bradley - Brigham Young tied the record on December 7, 1990 against Eastern Kentucky, while Roy Rogers - Alabama blocked 14 shots vs. Georgia on February 19, 1996. Loren Woods of Arizona was the last players to accomplish this feat, blocking 14 shots vs. Oregon on February 3, 2000.

Mookie Blaylock of Oklahoma set this record back on December 12, 1987 vs. Centenary. Blaylock also tied his record on December 17, 1988 against Loyola Marymount.
