Don’t see the love with Earl. Prior to Chattanooga, in coaching VMI for 7 years, he never had a single winning season. He did have a great year with Chattanooga last year but this year his record is currently 10-17 overall and 4-10 in conference play.

Siddle seems like an intriguing candidate.
Seems like a no brainier hire on a level at or better than Albin. We need to invest in the program and stop making excuses for not paying to be competitive.

If the UNC-W coach wants to move up in the coaching ranks, it won’t be to the 49ers. That would be a downgrade. Reality sucks with where we are now

Wes Miller will probably be looking for a job soon. Bob Richey at Furman is still available or maybe Kerns at App.
It’s not a downgrade coming here bc of city, pay, conference, potential but I think his next job is p4.

We are not going to revive the program with a Dollar General hire.
Stop settling for mediocrity. We need to invest in the program.
