6’8 230 PF (lefty) prepping at South Kent (CT). Looks to have solid ball skills and passing ability and rebounds at a high rate from what I’ve read. Originally from Ghana, been in the US for 3 years (from what I can tell).
A post here on Jan 21 states that Charlotte, along with Marshall is making a strong push, UCONN recruiting him and Tulane offers him.
From Dec 19th: Deeply involved are Kent State, St. Bonaventure, Tulsa, Missouri State, Hofstra, Miami-Ohio, Drexel, Canisius, Manhattan, Stony Brook, Wagner, Fairfield and Coastal Carolina. Others with interest are Miami, VCU, Duquesne, Temple and Colorado State.
Strengths:
Agbeko is a long forward with the versatility to create match-up problems on both ends of the floor. Offensively his size, length, and soft touch allow him to score a fair amount of points at the rim, while he's also a threat to create with his dribble from the perimeter. He has a knack for blocking shots on the defensive end and is also a high volume rebounder.
Weaknesses:
For all of his mismatch potential, Agbeko also lacks a true position. He resists playing on the interior offensively and is much more comfortable facing the basket from the perimeter, although not much of a shooting threat. He isn’t quite as athletic as he looks and in general is much longer than he is explosive.
Bottom Line:
Agbeko’s most college-ready skill is his ability to rebound the ball in high volume on both ends of the floor. While his handle and shot-blocking give him other assets to build around, he needs to continue to develop his inside out tools in order to establish a true position for himself.

Look for our 6’ 8" f Reggie Agbeko to make 3 visits in the upcoming weeks to Duke, Tulane and Loyola Marymount. Maybe a 4th to …
Don’t think we’re going to be the 4th team, but you never know.
