Revised 10 Commandments of Niner Athletics

[font=roboto]Someone the other day mentioned in a post that the 10 Commandments of Niner Basketball needed to be amended since we no longer make the postseason (and a couple of the Commandments dealt with postseason). So…here is my attempt at amending the 10 Commandments. It is now the 10 Commandments of Niner Athletics with some adjustments made to fit the last 10 years of pronounced mediocrity and disappointment…in EVERY sport.[/font]

The Ten Commandments of 49er Athletics[/u][/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt “pull a Niner” at least once per year per sport (at minimum)[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt get less and less relevant each year[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt “manage expectations”[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt have multiple relevant players transfer out every year
[/font][/size][size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt never sign anything above a 3 star or top 150 athlete[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt always lose the 4-5 star recruit that has Charlotte in their final list [/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt accept that winning should be a luxury not a goal or an expectation[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt have poor home attendance every year.[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt never find capable coaching[/font][/size]
[size=1.35em][font=roboto]Thou shalt have at least one exciting incoming player every year disappoint due to: eligibility, injury, malcontent, suspension, and/or underachievement.[/font][/size]
