The winningest D-1 coach ever, Eddie Robinson, of Grambling St. died.
He had 17 Swac Conf. Titles & 9 Black Nat’l Championships, & many NFL Alumni.

I didnt know much about this man until a few days ago, but the more that I learn about him, the more Im amazed at what he accompolished. Not only was he a phenomenal football coach, he was a great man, who acted as a father figure to many young men. Apparently he touched the lives of everyone around him. Keep in mind he was coaching during a period when everything was still segregated, and he had to deal with stuff we couldnt imagine.
Hopefully the memory of Eddie Robinson, and what he accomplished in his incredible life, will never be forgotten.
