Ryan Rose leaving

I can live with it.

Better now than never.

I bet you are a hit at parties. Wanna share some more of your profound self aggrandizing one upmanship? I am genuinely surprised you didn’t work “rook” in there somewhere.

Since that will go over your head, here’s a somewhat friendly suggestion.

What would have been wrong with saying:

“I used to love Dave Jageler (aka Jags). [insert anecdote or youtube clip]. Always made me laugh/cry/fistpump/etc.”

That conveys your preference without being a pseudo-know-it-all dick about it. Try it some time.
Thx…i will take note Mr Awesome

Yep. He did one of our TV games for MASN in recent years up in the northeast.

I know, you are right.

I am just worried about replacing someone on such short notice. I guess baseball will have an interim SID.

Ryan Rose serves as the Assistant Director of Media Relations for Charlotte. He handles media relations responsibilities for baseball, golf and volleyball. As part of those duties, he handles Web site information, feature stories and gameday reporting responsibilities for those sports.Rose’s other responsibilities include specializing with the athletics Web site, charlotte49ers.com, hosting various team preview shows at the broadcast communications studios and calling road baseball contests on the Niner Network.

And this is why I love the internets… learn something new every day.

Has Mr. Rose ever had a job where he didn’t work for Momma?

Please tell me this is a joke. :-[

HOFSCK

This thread would have a lot more hits if the Title simply stated “Rose is Leaving”.

It was a joke, but with the last name, it could have been real. After all, we already have like 4 cases of nepotism in the AD Office.

This is true.

Nice
Probably be more valid if these couples came as couples. They all met at the school and were married after all had jobs there. Only family members on staff that came in that way are Lamberts.

We know some people on here do have agendas that go BOTH ways, I don’t mind seeing people leave the AD for other opportunities but I hope we are replacing them with experienced people. I’d like to know how many people in the AD have experience at BCS schools, if we want to get to the next level we have to get people in here that have been there.

This is not something I knew.

You have to admit though that having family members inside of the AD can create conflicts of interest and questionable decisions. If as a whole the AD ran more like a business it wouldn’t concern me, but it is run much more like a mom and pop family business. Try calling and making a donation at lunch time.
