If only more coaches were like that, we might not have so many problems with pro athletes.

This type of action by a coach is very dangerous. If it is a situation where he knows the team is fed up with the antics of Davis, then it might be the right move, but if that isn’t the case he could lose the team.

This is because players control the team now, not the coaches. If all the coaches in the NFL were like this, I doubt we’d have had to deal with Pac Man or the Cincinnati Bengals.

Players were fed up with it
As a fan of pro sports, I’m very glad he did this. Crap like that should never fly.
As a fan of the 49ers, I am EXTREMELY glad he did this. I’ve been unhappy with the direction this organization has been going for a while. Poor player and coaching allocations and releases, that embarrassing video, and putting crap on the field… it was getting very hard to care about this team. At least if I know we are trying and doing it right, I have something to get behind and losing is a lot more bearable. If we do it right we will be back on top soon enough. Hopefully coach Sing is as good with the Xs and Os as he seems to be with the other stuff.
