Randal Falker, the preseason Valley POY, is averaging 16 ppg and 6.8 rpg, both tops for the Salukis. His game is definitely inside, as he has taken no 3-point shots this season.

I really hope CLT can take Falker out of the game! I am thinking they should foul him like crazy… I do like Shaw, Clemmons, and Mullins. I think SIU is slightly better than Davidson. Halton should be rocking tomorrow night…

Thanks for the links Run! Man that PDF from SIUSalukis.com (first link) is awesome! Very in-depth, it’s like our media guide only updated for every game!!! We need something like that.
Anybody else having problems printing our Game Notes when you click on “File”? I keep getting an error message and that “Internet Explorer” will have to close. If you click the printer logo, though, it works.
Quick look at the numbers surprised me. Teams are shooting a slightly higher percentage (41.9% vs. 42.5%) and outrebounding the Salukis (29 to 33.2). Their 3PT% is also an abysmal 29.4%. The key which has already been mentioned is they force a TON of turnovers which has been one of our weaknesses.

The key reason they lost to Indiana. Plenty of open looks, but couldn’t hit the side of a barn!
NLP, I don't think TOs have been one of our "weaknesses". I think we've handled the ball pretty well overall actually.
They are up over last year on a per game basis. How about it's something to keep an eye on against a team that averages one turnover forced in every three offensive possessions? SIU is scary good at forcing them.
Moxley said the freshman is a great addition to the team because he focuses as much as any veteran to scouting reports and is mature in the mental aspects of the game.
Nice! He is going to be a leader by his junior and senior years.
