Seems a strange club to invest in given the majority holder is a sovereign wealth firm. Not exactly the same as JJ Watt buying into Burnley. I wonder what kind of return Durant was promised?
Dude would have to seriously consider it, imo. He’s already won it all with Real Madrid. Pretty sure Saudi has its World Cup bid in mind with this as well. Sticking point will be the $1B buyout clause. Even Saudi won’t pay that, I don’t think. So, it will probably have to be renegotiated.
