The 49ers softball team started off the season 3-0 with pretty impressive wins vs UMASS, Toledo, and Youngstown St. They notced program home win #400 and look pretty good overall.
Not sure how they stack up against the top teams in C-USA, but I do know many have us picked as a dark horse in the conference. I did notice the entire team is basically freshmen and sophomores so pretty young team.
Will be interesting to see how these ladies do in their next game at home Wednesday at 2pm vs ECU.
