He just isnt heavy enough to box out his opponents… Give him credit for what he does… He shoots a shot and when he misses it yall whine. Then he goes up for a dunk to try to get people to notice his but when he misses people bitch and complain… The man can play give him a year. Keep Iti…call it superstition, but you have to keep the lineup that won it last year.
Plus, Louisville runs a three guard set which could help Iti be an intimidator in the paint again
Iti should start because that is the lineup we have been using and it has worked for us. Whether he plays 20 minutes is anyone’s guess. I think it needs to be pointed out that those 6 blocks came against the worst team in the conference that happens to also be terribly undersized. I am hoping he steps up and helps the team on Thursday, but I don’t think anyone should compare a bottom feeder to the #9 team in the nation.
as for the playing of obannon he didn’t play the entire second half of the memphis game because he was hurt…
