Hey guys, we’re in the midst of a length house search, found a house we like that needs a complete remodel and a contractor our realtor brought out didn’t think we could open up the kitchen based on his investigation in the attic. So we’re contemplating having a structural engineer come out and take a look for us to see what option might be available.
