Everyones been talking about it… but this is what amazed me the most
So not only did we come out in FORCE last night, but by 5:30AM there were people already waiting for their Charlotte vs Maryland tickets. It was literally freezing cold!

btw, here are some cool alumni from last night!
I tried to make it to Pic’s last night but the “no persons under 21” rule kept my girl from getting in so we headed back home.

That pic brings back some great memories. Good job students!!
Kinda off topic: I was looking over at the student section last night and noticed the blank green walls between the lower and upper level of Halton. I think we should put a huge NINER NATION banner on those walls.
Good work students. Gill, what are the turnouts looking like for Gardner-Webb and Fairleigh-Dickinson?
haha Gill what time did you make it out there
Great job students! The winning only makes it easier to find that crowd. Go NINERS!!!
I’m so mad I have to go home (back to New Jersey for break) to work and miss these games …
Student support this year is incredible. I can’t remember it being this high since the Eddie Basden years.

We’ll find out, but I think alot of people might be MIA for those

6:30am. My toes still havent defrosted.
That’s what I’m talking about. It’s good to see students sacrificing their sleep after a huge win last night. Maybe they didn’t even go to bed because they were too pumped up after the game. For a little while, I almost forgot we were in the A-10 and thought we were back in the good ole’ C-USA days.

Yeah, I won’t say that it felt like a Cincinnati game because that was just other-worldly, but maybe a Louisville or Marquette game. These first four home games have been FUN. It’s amazing to look up at sections 201-207 and see them 90% full or more.
It was so unbelievably cold out there. Gill was smart and came prepared with a huge blanket.
In case anyone is wondering, there were students there at 5:30! I talked to at least 4 separate people (not including myself and Amanda) who got up at 5 to wait out there. Even lines 4-6 were packed by the time 8 rolled around.
Gill, any word on what happened with the A4 seats? Paul said he got A3.

People in front of us apparently got the A3 seats.

But Paul wasn’t in front of us…
Your right, The system blew this morning.
Should have thrown up a tent last night and camped.
The students have been great this year. Now if we can get them to give you guys that extra section next to the away section in the bottom, we’d be in perfect business. In fact, we should make it a rule in the gym, that if seats on the bottom level are not taken in the first 10 minutes of the game, students in the upper level are allowed to take them. May cause mayhem, or it may work. Lets try it. Keep it up though, you guys are making a huge impact on these games.
