Tailgating Rules

Tailgate lots close 2 hours after the end of the game, so I assume its then.[/quote]
That would be a bummer. I was planning on walking across the street to boardwalks after the game and most likely leaving the vehicle there for a few hours, or overnight. I haven’t come across a policy on this yet, wonder if they’ll tow?

I believe after the 2 hours it just changes to regular weekend parking rules.

Which means no permits needed to park. Right?

I think that what really changes at the 2 hour mark is you cannot consume alcohol in the lots anymore. Or grill, I suppose.

I thought I’d read that your car would be towed if it was there after midnight on Saturday. Am I making that up?

Midnight on Saturday, i.e. 8 hours before the tailgating lots open.

Thanks for the info. It will be interesting to see how many of these policies they enforce. This will be a dry run for everyone for sure. I’m thinking I might park in union deck and walk down to join the festivities. The 49er walk at 9:49 should be awesome

Ok so i called today and asked about leaving vehicles in parking decks after the game and they said that as long as they are gone by 8am Monday there’s no problem. Perfection

Are wet tee shirt contests allowed?

I have season tickets but never got around to purchasing a parking pass.

Did I read where single game parking will be at the cone deck? I don’t remember seeing no grilling permitted as on some of the other lots. As of now I’m not planning on grilling because I don’t want to get shut down and not have any other options.

Can anyone provide any other info on this or is there another option out there. Thanks a lot.

There is one cash gameday lot - I think that is Cone. No grilling in any decks though.

Thanks. That’s what I was thinking, just wasn’t sure if there were any other options.

The parking passes left are in West Deck.

There are passes available for Union Deck as well, prepaid $17.70 after taxes and fees, cheaper than the $20 cash you’ll pay for cone deck on gameday and better location, IMO.

You could grill in the grassy areas next to Cone and Union Decks. They just don’t want you grilling inside the deck itself.

There were none other than not letting people into the lots until 755.
