This week’s 49ers Insider show is a Basketball Madness Highlight Special. Has the dunk contest and scrimmages among other things like kissmekait in a giant hamster ball.

With no home events on campus this weekend, I did not produce a show with host. The madness highlights show is this week’s show.

That is a bummer. Although it did just give me an idea for you should such a situation happen again in the future. Use members of Niner Nation, students who are easily recognizeable and are prominent figures at Niner games. Like Job, or Zack, or Will, or Robby, etc.

The show is really another tool to promote home events. Mostly the host is from the team who is at home for the weekend. If there are no home events for the weekend, there really is no material for the show.
I did do a couple of Insider updates on Cross Country and women’s soccer. And its a good time to put in a highlight show like the Madness.
Plus, even the Insider needs a bit of a breather now and then.

I have thought about Niner Nation hosting before. I may have to give that a shot at some point.
Oh yeah, it was a nice victory for my FF team. I would have won last week too, but I forgot to change out my guys on a bye. That won’t happen again.
