The definition of “Commuter School” has evolved for our rivals. It used to mean that they lived elsewhere and drove on to campus daily. Now it means they live on campus during the week but can go home on weekends.

We made my transfer son apply for housing the night we got the acceptance notice. So glad he got on campus

I always thought that the housing area ( I think it is mostly single family homes) near Mallard Creek Road and across Mary Alexander from the Chi Phi house would be a good area for the university to purchase and expand into. Then the university would own all of the land to US29.
