This SUCKS

we have a better chance against Alabama, Memphis, Louisville, syracuse, cinci… Then rutgers, gw, lafayte, east carolina, or tcu, it’s been proven year after year we beat the big teams and get destroyed by the lesser ones.

I’m sorry but I have to call our guards out. Mitch, Eddie and Leemire need to learn how to guard on the ball. I wasn’t happy that the guy shot over Brendan twice, but I’ll take that any day over letting the guy go to the rack. Mitch, Eddie and Leemire must have had lead in their shoes, because the Rutgers backcourt took them to the rack everytime. Then instead of allowing their helpside to swat the shot, they bailed Rutgers out with silly fouls. Disgusting play by our wing players cost us this game.

EXACTLY!

Rutgers did what our guards should have done and didn’t, minu Eddie. The problem is when Eddie did and got fouled he missed the foul shot.

I don’t think Mitch went to the rack more than 4 times tonight, something he did all night on Friday.

Mitch looked bad tonight on the offensive end, I agree.

Eddie was outstanding tonight, outside of at the FT line. He kept us in the game on both ends of the court.

I agree. Fortunately I think Eddie will take the initiative to prevent a FT shooting performance like this again.

I agree, I think he will do what he has to do to improve from the line.

FWIW, Curt was hurt last night. NLP noticed it first, and a couple of the players told me he was playing hurt.

What I heard was that the players noticed a lot of people in wheel chairs in the gymn, and worried that their cars were being towed.

Huh? What was wrong with him? They didn't mention anything on the pregame injury report on the radio. He looked fine to me.

Someone saw him park in the handicap spot and jumped to excuses.

I saw the play Withers got hurt on. It did not happen till about 7 minutes left in the game. He did not come out. Everybody on our team drifts to the perimeter!!!

I don’t understand how a team can look unbeatable in the first half and terrible in the second half.

Do they go take a siesta at halftime.

I know… it has been overlooked because of our second half play, but we played really well for the first 15 minutes of the game. Then they made a few adjustments, we didn’t, and we were greatly outplayed for the last 25 minutes.

will somebody please pay pigfords parking tickets? And where in the world is lewis, and when will the ncaa quit srewing bennett?

No siesta, just good coaching by the other side.
