Wouldn’t 2015 be an 8th grader? I thought Vance was 9th-12th.

I know that he reclassed from 2014 to 2015. maybe he is going to repeat his freshman year.

I suppose that can happen when you move to a new state. I’ve heard of people having to repeat grades and I’ve also heard of people having to skip grades after they change states.
