Tulsa hoops

Just curious about all the smack down on Tulsa hoops. There’s no denying that the program has been down, but it does seem to headed back up under current coach Doug Wojcik, who like Brian Gregory at Dayton, is a former assistant at Michigan State. I just don’t put them in the same category of a Monmouth or even a Hofstra when I’m thinking about college basketball. Anyway, my 2 cents.

And that said, here’s to returning the “favor” when they visit Halton in 08-09!

I think it had more to do with what they’d done so far in the season, with losses to Hampton, Oral Roberts and Ark.little-rock, but notice those teams rpi right now (2 of the 3 are better than us and all losses were on the road). They’ll probably be ok this year (and I agree they’ve had some tough teams in the past).
