He is strong and physical and can get to the rim through contact. He can make open midrange shots on a consistent basis and will not hesitate to post a smaller defender and simply elevate over him with a high elevating turn shot. Outlaw excels on the break by running the floor and displaying his athleticism. He can defend both wing positions with ease as well. Outlaw will need to continue to build his perimeter game, especially ballhandling. He is decent now but his game goes to the next level with continued improvement.
