The block they've picked in uptown Charlotte is right next to the Convention Center and just a few blocks from the new arena. It's going to be THE NASCAR museum, not the Lowe's Motor Speedway museum.
Really, many of the same arguments for moving the baseball stadium from Fort Mill, SC. Location is important.
