Per Jon Rothstein etc, UTEP will hire Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry as the replacement for Tim Floyd, who retired in December. Terry led the Bulldogs to a Mountain West championship in 2016. Texas native also served as an assistant at Baylor and Texas.
The CUSA needs a strong UTEP and Charlotte if we’re going to elevate the leagues standing. Looks like their doing their part with this hire.
