It was someone I never heard of. Tracy Kimball posting videos of Hunter talking about the hire. Hunter is getting it taken care of. It’s careless and he knows it.

I am hoping Miller can keep key players such as Bonke, Bradford, Conyers and Villar. How many current players were at the press conference? I believe we had seven seniors.

These salaries typically have multiple sources and also have incentives.
It frustrates me when people post numbers without the amount of context it should have.
Yeah, we’re obviously not paying him what he was making at Cincinnati but gotta assume total comp is $1.5 or $2mm. Otherwise I assume he would’ve held out for other offers. But of course I have no idea.

I love the fact that he understands this history of this program and actually witnessed it. He knows what this can be and should be like. Now lets get there. It will be tough but, I’m trusting him to try to get us there.

Not sure what other offers Miller would have had so soon, though Clemson and UVA are both looking to replace AHCs. Perhaps a place like CofC, which did hire Mack a couple of years after he was fired by UofL.
