Charlotte, S. ILL, WVU and Cinci. Just a guess, does that mean we were the #1, 7 seed.
Of the 10’s not sure this tells us anything; Iowa and Creighton would seem to be the higher, above St. Mary’s and NC state, but not clear.
Not sure if location of the games determines the seed.

According to the commitees rules and procedures, I don’t think they specifically intend for there to be a 1-4 of each seed. They only do that with the
#1 seeds. According to their procedures, they can move team up or down a whole seed if it is useful for eliminating home court disadvantages for top seeds or if their is a possible home game for a team. So, I don’t think the committee was thinking " OH charlotte theyre a 7 seed. the
#1 7 seed."
