What R our verbal & signed comits '05 & 06?

I’ve lost track of who’s verballed and who’s signed at this point. Not to mention how many “ships” we have left to give??

New for next season 05-06:

Mitch Mullis, 6’7" sf/pf (Fr) Solid role player
Antwon Coleman 6’8" pf/c (Jr) Solid role player
Jarell Jamison 6’6" sf/pf (Jr) Solid role player
Jerrel Lewis PG (redshirt Fr) Role player
Marcus Bennett PG/2G (Sr…screwed by the NCAA) Starter
D’Angelo Alexander 2G/SF (Transfer Jr) Big time starter

We have one to give assuming none of the underclassman leave.

Note: Change the viewing days filter to see the rest of the threads. Mods, can this be changed?

Why didn’t Marcus Bennett get a lawyer and sue the ever-loving shit out of the NCAA? He got hosed big-time.

I just changed it from last 30 days to last 90 days...that should help.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. He’s not in a position where he or his family can afford to go after the NCAA. With the way court drags out, I’m not sure it would have mattered anyways. Even if he would have won, the verdict might not have come back for several years, so he would have had to sit out anyways. He might could have gained an extra year or two of eligibility, but it would have been at a hefty pricetag. He was/is in a lose-lose situation. I hope he can make the best of it next year for himself so that he will prosper in his pro career.

EJNiner, thanks for the question. I also update the 2005 pinned thread to include our verbals but I’ve been trying to keep that up-to-date at least weekly so everyone has one place to go to for the latest on the recruits, their schools of interest, etc…

Any other suggestions on what we can do? The 2006 class is very up to date on who we’ve offered so far and the ones that we have an interest in at all.
