My guess is that we host the regular season champion of the SoCon or Big South. Whichever one doesn’t win their respective tourney will get an auto NIT bid. I think an @ UNC-CH game will not happen, because they won’t finish .500.
What do you guys think? And if you’re answer is the NCAA tournament, you are an optimist of gigantic proportions.

Hmm…
I guess it’s just a matter of seconds before NA calls you a dick for posting this…get ready…
Wow…I seriously cannot believe this. We are 18-7. 18-7 with a schedule that still gets us in the dance if we do what we need to do. Was tonight a road bump? Yes. Are we done? Absolutely not. I understand the frustration, but if our guys had this kind of attitude, I’d hate to see where we’d be. Win some close ones. Lose some tough ones. Shouldn’t have lost tonight, but Duq. is no cupcake. Show same pride in what we’ve accomplished and where we can still go. I think any honest Niner fan would agree that if at the beginning of the season, our worst loss at this point was to the Dukes, than they’d be very pleased.

GO NINERS!!!
they were 2-8 on the road
I get that. Bad bad loss - especially since our only home loss was to GT. No doubt this is frustrating, but we’re still set to win 20+ this year with a legit chance to still dance. I know this sucks but we still have every opportunity to bring it if we play the way we have most of the year.
No way we should have lost to them in Halton, but Duquesne is Jeckyl-Hyde. They get crushed by Xavier and Temple on the road, yet they take Dayton to OT in Dayton before losing and did beat GW in DC. IUPUI is the only bad team that they have lost to on the road. Western Carolina is 19-8 with one of the same marquis wins we have, so no shame in losing to them at their place this season. Duqusne’s other road losses were to WVU, ODU, and URI.
