Ms. TF and I will be in the house, as will about 4-5 other band folk.
As a Davidson Niner here is the places to go for pre and post game grub/drinks:
Brickhouse - GREAT beer selection. The owner is the same as for Showmars but this is a much more upscale - full service eatery. They know how to make good food. (if you are coming from I-77 turn left just after you cross the railroad tracks and you can see the building on the left - it is in an old restored mill building - you’ll turn left back across the tracks to get to thier parking lot)
Joel’s - for the Japanese lover. good sushi and hibachi (they cook it in the kitchen not in front of you so you can carry on a conversation with out a shrimp tail flying at you). (from Main Street turn right on Depot Street - Depot isis a block before you get to the signal at Main and Concord Road)
Soda Shop - a Davidson institution. (on Main Street in the middle of downtown)
Fuel Pizza - good pizza in an old gas station (on the south end of town on main street)
Davino’s - they have good pizza, great wings, and all the other italian stuff (in the Sadler Square Shopping Center on Griffith St.)
I’ll be there. I think this is an important game for us. We need to put the Alabama game behind us and come out strong. Yes, we have given away 2 games with poor free throw shooting (and other mistakes), but we still have a very talented team that can make some noise in March.
We have to guard the perimeter against Davidson… Giving up a lot of 3s is the only way they can beat us.
X will be there with green on in Section 103. I plan to be walking out of there with a better feeling than I had 2 years ago after we received an @$$-whooping.
We’ll have about 30 Gang Greeners there, including my striped face, green armed self. Watch for me in the front of wherever we’re sitting.
Gang-Lefty has 14 tickets. We’re taking over Davidson.
