What used to be a lock bet isn’t anymore.
I expect Rory McIlroy to have a big week…his game is tight enough for Augusta and the kid has all the confidence in the world.
If not McIlroy, Martin Kaymer or Anthony Kim.
Mickleson is coming in on fire…
My pick is going to be Nick Watney
Mickelson is hot and the defending champ, but I wouldn’t take him over the entire field. Woods will probably figure out a way to get in the Top 10, but I don’t see him as a threat to win with the way he is playing. Kaymer, Luke Donald, or either Molinari brother are all good bets.
He-Man
Oh, is this of the Universe?
Is there any other verse?
Woods and Mickelson have won 6 of the last 10 Masters played, and are still 1 and 2 in the odds in Vegas. But I took the field. I like Westwood, McIlroy and Dustin Johnson.
A Tradition Like No Other: The BASTARDS!
I heard a lot of “business” women go to Augusta on the week of the Masters, so I think most people are taking hookers to the Masters. :))
Dang! What did they do to you?
Kaymer? He’s never made the cut.

True, but he’s only played in the event twice and he’s won 5 events in the past year as well as earned the World #1 ranking. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit to see him on the first page of the leaderboard going into Sunday.

He has played in the event three times. Broken par once in those 6 rounds and has a scoring average of 74. Based on that I would be surprised.

He’s #1 in the world because he stinks.

So far, he has stunk at Augusta. But dont let the facts get in the way.
You keep on…
Dustin Johnson is your winner.

Johnson better come from behind, because he’s not too good with a lead in the last round.

Omniverse.

Good call on Rory, he opens with a 7 under 65. Kaymer continues his struggles in Augusta posting an opening round 78, currently in a tie for 95 out of 99 entered in the field.

That wasn’t a sand trap.
A blistering first round 78 by Kaymer, the #1 ranked player in the world.
