Who's going to the A-10 Tourney in Atlantic City?
I will be there with the pep band. We are staying in Trump Plaza.
Where you will have all the finest, gold plated walls, marble floors, outlandish louis XIV furniture with gaudy platinum inlays and mirrored ceiling, plus a full complement of head squirrels (trump calls um toupees).

lol!

Going and would like to stay past the first day for once :) ... Another cheaper option for those interested: Comfort Inn, Boardwalk, 154 S. Kentucky Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. ... two blocks from Boardwalk Hall and casinos, stayed there for A-10 media day.
observer budget?:lmao:

I will be in Vegas…again

I don’t know if I can take another first round flame out. When was our last tournament win, Tulane 2004??

Will be there for my annual ā€œGet away from the wife and kids and act like a 20-yr old againā€ retreat. Staying at the Trump Plaza. 49er Club won’t be sponsoring a Hospitality Suite like in years past, but I doubt that will slow us down.

I’ve really enjoyed your coverage of the Niners this year. I’ll make a point to try and look you up at the tourney and say hello in person.

For those who are going here are a couple of places to get a meal at while in AC.

Irish Pub - 164 St. James Place at the Boardwalk
http://www.theirishpub.com/

Really good corned beef sandwiches and very cheap prices.

Virginia City Buffet - 1900 Boardwalk (Inside Bally’s Wild Wild West Casino)
http://www.harrahs.com/images/non_image_assets/BAC_VCB-General-Menu-1.pdf

The dinner buffet includes a steak and unlimited steamed clams.

much nicer now than it was in 1983…we played AC High in basketball my senior year…that was a frightening experience. they’ve actually cleaned up quite a bit over the past 10 years, but you certainly don’t want to venture more than a block or two west of the boardwalk
