Will the UNC-CH Belichick hire be a success?

No signed contract??

That seems crazy.

I would love to see this blow up but I have a bad feeling that they have
a good plan in place and it is going to work until something major changes in
the NIL landscape.

I guess it happens

Sherrone Moore, the head coach of the University of Michigan football team, signed his contract on September 6, 2024. This was nearly nine months after he was hired in January to replace Jim Harbaugh

clt isn’t a fancy big city lawyer, but it is a lot easier to leave if you don’t have a contract

Per Jones, Belichick has signed a term sheet. Doesn’t say if it’s binding or non-binding.

Belichick is going to walk out on them. It’s all part of Mike Hills plan to keep UNCCh in its place and allow Charlotte to ascend to our rightful position.

Yep. Makes perfect sense. I believe and know this to be true.

It will be an unmitigated failure and we will have a hand in that

Biff never signed his contract either. Just an MOU.

I don’t get it, why do they not sign their contracts?

If he never signed a contract why the hell did we pay him off?!?

This… I’ve heard he signed it the second year and I’ve heard he didn’t sign it but its a great question, if he never signed it why would we pay him anything… just tell him to take a hike or do we have the dumbest AD in the country??

Perhaps it was one of those instances when an MOU is legally binding.

Biff did eventually sign his contract but it was after his first year IIRC

He will be hired away by an NFL team by June 2nd. As soon as that buyout drops to $1 million.

Don’t think there will be any positions open then.

Cowboys job will probably still be open in August !
