People really need to come out and show the lady Niners some love on Wed.
Letâs keep rolling!

wow no comment from Metro yetâŚ
I worry with NCSU firing their womenâs head coach today that we may see another one out the door.
Dang, State didnât keep her too long. 2 years or 3?
4, so not too bad. Wasnât cutting it, so they moved on. I think 4-5 is fair for any coach, depending on the circumstances coming in. She wasnât awful, just not quite good enough. I can understand that. Youâre not going to get many Kay Yows, though.
Coach will be nesting. Sheâs not going anywhere.

She isnât going to hire a 2nd year Head Coach with a couple of trips to the NIT under her belt to lead that team. Which is good for us.
Keep it up!
We lost on a basket with 2 seconds left in the game. Florida ran an isolation and their #10 took it straight to the hoop. WE HAD A FOUL TO GIVE, which should have been given on the drive before the shot. We made no lineup adjustment to defend the last Florida possession. We allowed them to dribble the ball outside with no pressure until THEY were ready to run their play. We allowed an offensive rebound on a missed foul shot in the last half minute. We called a timeout in the last minute from the bench just as our player was breaking loose for a basket.
I think we might be pretty safe in assuming Cara ainât going anywhere anytime soon.
BTW, she still coached a better game than Butler. Florida does nothing but try to go one-on-one. She has some big shot recruits coming to Gainesville next year. Sheâs going to need them.
Thank you for allowing me to vent!

Venting on NNN is frowned upon. No poor attitudes allowed.

Crowd was great but that finish was so frustratingâŚ
Sloppy play doomed us in the end.
The finish was even worse than I thought according to the local paper. According to them, one of our players scored a three pointer for Florida during the last minute. Must be true because their reporting is always fair and accurate. Geez, Louise. I despair.
So, our former coach came back to Halton and beat us. Nice.

When was the other visit?

True, 4 is plentyâŚI just didnât think she had been there that long.
