I know you guys hate whenever I bring up lax, but I wanted to make you aware of something awesome going on right in our back yard.
The Charlotte Hounds, our new Major League Lacrosse team, will be hosting an event in November to raise money for the Hounds Foundation, which helps establish lacrosse teams in and around Charlotte, as well as to break the Guiness World Record for longest lacrosse game. I’ve pledged to play roughly 4 hours in total and I’d like to raise at least $350.
I’m also not the only Niner to be playing. Our head coach and some players will also be joining in.
