Wow, mine looks just the same…(now that I printed yours on our id card maker at work)…thanks!!!
Good, hope you got the dimensions correct and the fine print on the back side as well. :shades:
HP,
I am heading out there tomorrow. Any recommendations on good holes to sit on?
All the par threes are good, would say #12 is a little better than #3. The best viewing is the triangle of #15 green, #16 tee (par 3 over water) and #17 tee but will be crowded. #5 is uphill, good area around the green, shady areas to sit/stand. #6 green/#7 tee is a great spot to watch. Obviously the #9 green at the clubhouse is a good location.
Check your PMs.
The old GGO was the biggest party on the PGA Tour back in the 80s and 90s. Needless to say, I was a regular.
I was often given a PRESS PASS allowing me to go ANYWHERE on the course (don’t tell anyone from the O). Those things were like gold.

I might have been the drunk you stepped over or on a few times.
We used to have a friend that knew people through the Knights of Columbus in Gboro that had a house on the 16th fairway. They always had a keg and and an outhouse. Needless to say we had a blast.
I haven’t been in several years although I did play in a “day after” tourney there a few times. We played the same tees and pin placements as the pros did on Sunday the following Monday. I like to consider myself a decent golfer and let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks on TV. Not only is it longer than guys like me are used to, the greens are slicker than you would imagine. Not like Augusta, because of the slope, but it takes a few holes to even get close to the right speed.
It’s was great fun and pretty humbling.

I also went to some parties at houses on the course and others in Greensboro all weekend; and as you know, the entire weekend was one big happy party. We used to have a friend that knew people through the Knights of Columbus in Gboro that had a house on the 16th fairway. I did go watch the golf. Many of my friends were only there for the partying.
My dad landscapes a yard on the fairway of #10. I mowed it last week…check out those sick stripes when your out there :shades:
