I assume the guy who designed it is a Toledo grad, otherwise the scoring is ridiculous! It looks nice though - will have the awesome NBA style LED circle hung just below the score board. We should get one of those! Just sayin’

They didn’t have the decency to skew the image in the scoreboard, because of this, anything other than a sweep of Xavier is unacceptable.

One of have to think there could be a UT grad or two living in Eugene, Oregon.
Anyway, I like the .pdf of the fascia ribbon board in which the score is Xavier 122, Cincinnati 100 with 12:00 left in the 2nd half. Of course, with 22 fouls on each team, have to figure a lot of those points - at least for X - have come at the FT line!
Totally off topic, but those Cintas Center pics made me think of this…maybe some of you engineers or architects would know if this would be possible in Halton…Could we realistically (if the budget was reasonable and we could afford it) cut 2 or 3 access tunnels/stairways from the lobby (ie; Halton food court area) up into the upper deck on the “public” side of Halton? This would cut out the need for the open space/track area on the “public” side of the arena and allow suites to be built between the upper and lower decks much like they appear to be in the Cintas Center (and other arenas as well). I know the whole walking track/student activities would be a political “issue” as well, but I’m just wondering if it would be possible from an engineering standpoint.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but the XU schedule has already appeared in the Cincinnati newspaper TWICE. I work with a XU grad and he sent me the link. I’m NOT bashing the Observer. Because the schedule has not been released. But I am asking why it always takes so damn long for us to release our schedule. And then why does no one other than season ticket holders have a clue as to when we play.
