My roommate is from Cinci and he said that is the roughest part of the city and is heavy with drug use and violence. He said former Bengel Chris Henry was arrested atleast once there in his numerous arrest. It is a sad story for a kid that carried his team so much this year…but brings up the question how tough is NCAA Drug Testing?
