They are playing a game the day before Thanksgiving break… Another great scheduling messup… no one will be on campus

HP, has the BCA Classic been confirmed? If we get Pitt and UNLV, that is an awesome schedule. I thought Wake game is on Sat Feb 11th.

Lefty, you are correct on the Wake Forest game, it was early and I have no idea where that date came from. The BCA still isn’t confirmed as far as I know. Just going on what Bobby had mentioned earlier. If it’s not, we could get hit hard in the RPI.

Mississippi State dictated that pre-Turkey day game date. It was then or not playing them next season.

I do have to say I am glad we are playing Georgia State. Close enough for a good road trip and Atlanta has a large Alumni population since I take it we will be going back down for a return game at some point.

THanks for the info. I hope it all works out that way

Indiana
Miss St
Wake Forest
Pitt
UNLV
Revenge at Rutgers

14 home games and 28 total games.

This is the return game, it was scheduled as a home and home. And yes, it is a good, fairly easy, road trip with unlimited possibilities if played on a Saturday.

Ga State will be joining the CAA after this season which will help them tremendously.

No Hypen Kid. Get your $hit straight.

Who cares if he has the hyphen?

Now, onto serious business. Where is the BCA Classic, & who wants to do a road trip?

wasn’t the talk of the BCA being in vegas? how much do tickets usually run for these things? I can take a long weekend, and go there for a few days to watch the niners play. that would be a very difficult 3-4 days to come back from.

I do, it’s not part of the name.

If the Georgia State game is on a Saturday, then there will be a pre-game set up down here. If it’s on a weekday, a pre-game will still be set up. This is a great possibility for a road trip for you Charlotteans (3.5 hour drive w/no traffic) and we should have a good presence at GSU Arena (5K capacity).

A preliminary plan is to meet at 10th St. Jocks and Jills in Midtown Atlanta and arrange to take their shuttle service if we get enough Niners together. They can drop us off right downtown and pick us up right after the game. Plus, beer will be on the bus as it is for all Braves games…

So, stay posted because we’ll do it up down here in the ATL.

GO NINERS!

Atlanta is penciled in for me, just tell me when. I will drag 49erAlumus along (unwillingly as usual). He never turns down a free beer but he may have some other plans this December.

I had briefly looked at flights from Greennsboro to Vegas ealier and they were reasonable, about $260. Flying in on Thursday before a game and then returning Saturday and recuperating on Sunday is possible.

ok i got it changed

better!

Member #900, post away! Welcome to the board!

Good I was looking for an excuse to go to Vegas. I’ll go to Atlanta, too.
And remember people, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. And Atlanta too for that matter. And I’m sure I don’t need to elaborate about what I mean.

I would never tell of any secret rendezvous you may have with the Bulldog Diva while on a 49ers road trip.
