I think this a big loss, on paper. He was nasty in 17.
I thought he was a guy that could make an impact this Fall. New system, I’m guessing he didn’t like his spot on the depth chart. I’m sure there will be some others as well.
If he is transferring because of reduced playing time/depth char positioning, maybe its for the best then? The guys getting snaps “above” him on the chart would (theoretically) be better at what the staff wants to do, right?
Odds are we just have to assume (based on timing) it’s depth chart related.
Is there a depth chart already out somewhere, beyond just the “starters”?
That will be a big loss. But his redshirt wasn’t voluntary last year & going into the transfer portal this year wasn’t his first choice either. He can play they had moved him to nickel.

No mine was the same. Had to cast it to my TV and crank up the sound system.
so my hearing aids aren’t the problem.
I didn’t have any sound issues.
