Majors team were sadly more exciting to watch. At least we also had a few years of half a season of excitement before he shit the bed. Sanchez hasnât even given us the courtesy of false hope.
The guy simply isnât cut out to lead a program. Iâm sure heâs a fine assistant, but he doesnât have the it factor to be the one in charge.

Didnât watch or listen to the game. WCNC reported tonight that drexel went on a 22-10 run to end the game. Well that about sums it up to the 12 point loss. Another fade at crunch time. Pathetic.
I did not follow the last two games. What would you consider a successful basketball season from this point forward?

Now ask me if I think we have any shot at those goals after the Bahamas debacle.

I didnât want to say given how NinerNation doesnât have much to be thrilled about, but I agree: Major 1.0 > Major 2.0/ Sanchez. Although Major 1.0 had Lutzâs guys to work with who were coming off a 19 win season. Stings to say that.
Successful season for me is being the CUSA tournament Champions.

I donât know how top 4 in CUSA can be seen as successful. The #4 team probably doesnât get an NIT bid. If thatâs our measuring stick for success now I need to just burn all my gear and pretend like we donât have a program. The team will not be better next year, we will be losing players - there are five seniors. This should be win or go home for Sanchez, but knowing us, Iâm sure it wonât be and the misery will continue.
In Sanchezâs defense, couldnât he plug better transfers in for next year? Iâm not saying he will but he could. He just needs 2 solid transfers.
I think your getting your order of Niner Fandom mixed up. You arenât supposed to make this theoretical optimistic post until after a few months have passed since our 1st round conference loss exit and weâve discussed why we should hire Bobby Lutz back. Weâre in the disappointment stage after getting our hopes up through the off-season part right now.
