James Madison already looking good for SunBelt competition
Monmouth wins by 8. Almost blew a 22 point lead with 6:30 to go. Towson got as close as 5. The refs must of called a tighter game. Over 50 fouls for the game and Monmouth had 29.
Wow! That tops the 37 personal fouls and 5 technicals called in the LA Tech vs Jackson State game last night.

If we lose at app I’m all the way out on sanchez. Period.
We should win this but we have taken really good teams to Boone and lost.
Yes, but those weren’t after losing the previous 2 against them.
It is tough to win on the road in college basketball it has been especially tough for the Niners in recent years.
I know it’s coach speak, but the presser this week Sanchez was blowing up the prospect of beating them as this herculean task. I guess our expectations have been managed.
In better days we would have been spitting mad about even saying losing was possible. App is a team we should handle easily.
Thats true because we generally dont really lose to them at home, but last years home game and team can hardly be called normal and dropping consecutive games there isn’t uncommon.
I am going to the game. I expect to win. I just know history hasnt been kind to us there. Wasn’t it at App that Jarvis broke his arm and likely derailed our best team since the 77 team.
In the day if we did lose at App it was a WTF type of thing. Now it’s all but expected…
App has gotten better and we have gotten worse, as bad of a reality as it is. We should still win this game that said and on the road.
I don’t think I would call it expected to lose. We are 5-3 vs them since 2005. I think we expect to win. I know I do.
I thought Jarvis broke his wrist at home…I thought at Midnight Madness. Could be wrong.
